Garuda International strive for superior customer service. With our convenient return policy, your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Please examine your items when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify us at once. You may notify us of any returns within 2 business days after receipt of the order. All returns must have origional tags attached, be in the origional shipping condition and not have been used or displayed. A copy of origional sales receipt must accompany the returned items. All refunds will be issued in the same method as payment upon receiving the return. We will issue a full refund or credit for any item that you return, however Shipping & Handling charges or customs and or duty/import fees are non-refundable.

Please email us for complete instructions for processing a return prior to shipping merchandise back. Packages that are sent to us without the correct paperwork will be returned to you.
